About Us

We are a company head quartered in Melbourne and operating since 2003. Our principle focus is in unlocking value for organisations through the identification and implementation of knowledge management practices and systems.

Our name, R&D Knowledge Services is better understood in parts: The first part, R&D, bears reference to three concepts namely the (i) Developmental nature of the knowledge management field (ii) the importance of Researching an organisation's needs prior to implementing a KM approach and finally (iii) R&D are the initials of the founding directors of the company. The second part, Knowledge Services, recognises that as KM practices mature so will the KM industry and therefore as we currently have accounting and legal service sectors it follows that there will be a burgeoning Knowledge Services sector.
